A Digital Security camera that captures high resolution colour images
when it detects motion. The images are stored on a removable memory card for easy viewing on a computer. The camera can also be externally triggered from a window, reed switch, etc. It is ideal for connecting to existing alarm systems and providing a visual record of intruders. This unit needs to be powered continually as it does not have internal batteries.

when it detects motion, it can be used as a Security Camera and a Standalone image capture unit. The images are stored on a removable memory card for easy viewing on a computer. The camera can be externally triggered from a window, reed switch, etc. Images can be captured on a time-lapse basis.

The standalone camera can be powered by any of these items:
- 5480DBP1 - 0.6Ah Li-ion backup battery
- 5480DBP2 - 3.0Ah Li-ion high capacity battery
- 5480DPP - 240VAC/9V DC plugpack
5480DPIR - PIR, Motion Detector.
This is a pyroelectric infrared motion detector with software filtering and variable sensitivity. It looks identical to Clipsal Digilant surveillance cameras thus it fits in perfectly with other sensors on your security system which may be recording digital images of your intruders.

5480DRBC - Rapid Battery Charger.
This is a Li-ion battery charger for use with the range of Clipsal Digilant Standalone surveillance cameras. It is designed to charge either the backup battery (5480DBP1) or the high capacity battery pack ( 5480DBP2).
